Many CartLucky products are decorative botanical pieces. Where a product is handcrafted, hand-finished or individually assembled, small differences in branch placement, flower position, texture, natural-looking details, planter finish or overall composition may occur. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not necessarily defects.
We may limit quantities, restrict sales to particular destinations, withdraw products, update specifications or discontinue a product at any time, subject to applicable consumer law and any accepted orders.
6. Orders, Billing and Account Information

Submitting an order does not always mean the order has been finally accepted. We may review orders before fulfilment, particularly where there are unusual quantities, payment concerns, suspected fraud, pricing errors or delivery restrictions.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, account, payment method, billing address or delivery address where reasonably necessary to protect the store or prevent resale, abuse or fraud.
If an order must be cancelled after payment has been authorised or captured, any refund due will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s processing times.

Shipping options and eligible destinations are shown during checkout. Where the store displays free shipping, it applies only to destinations and orders for which that option is available at checkout.
Most in-stock orders are estimated to arrive within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery, address issues, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some large, fragile or oversized botanical pieces may require special handling. Where additional delivery coordination is needed, the information provided with the order may be used to arrange delivery.
Risk and responsibility for the goods pass in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in this section reduces any rights you have where goods are lost, damaged or materially delayed in circumstances for which the seller is legally responsible.
9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns policy. Items should generally be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition, with original packaging retained where reasonably possible.
Before returning an item, customers should use the Contact page so the correct return instructions can be provided. Returning an item without following the applicable return process may delay inspection and refund processing.
Where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers should report the issue promptly and provide clear supporting information or photographs where reasonably requested.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, subject to any rights that apply immediately under consumer law. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
